8015190e error code when trying to comnect to live

Both me and my brother have Xbox 360s, he is hard wired, and I am wirelessly connected to the modem. When one person has their Xbox on they can connect to Xbox live. When the other person turns theirs on it kicks the other person off in a matter of 10 seconds or so. When the person booted off tries to connect again they receive the 8015190e error code. I'm thinking part of the reason it does this is because my brother used to have his profile downloaded on my Xbox. I deleted it and cleared the catche, but it still doesn't help. I'm not sure what else to do and it would be really nice to be able to watch Netflix on mine while he plays online. Any help would be appreciated

Hi I just bought my son Xbox live gold, and when we try to sign into Live it fails and We keep getting this error code 8015190e, Don't know what to do????
