8015190e can not connect to xbox live

This morning I turned on my xbox and received the 8015190e message. I've tried restarting my x box, remove the hard drive,  unplugged my modem for 5 minutes,  deleted my profile and cleared my storage cache,  and still nothing has worked or changed except now I have no profile and cannot connect to xbox live to download it.  I have not received an email telling me I've been blocked and I'm at a dead end.  Anyone know if this will just blow over or is there possibly a problem with my account?

I am having the same problem as well. Xbox Live worked for me yesterday and the weeks prior without any problems. When i woke up this morning I keep getting these errors and have tried every troubleshoot they've suggested. This has become very frustrating.

I am also having the same issue. Tried all of the above, changing router settings, resetting default settings. ect.

Comcast/xfinity subscribers in certain areas are currently experience problems connecting to the Xbox LIVE services, due to a service outage. Comcast and Microsoft are already aware of the problem and are working to resolve it.

Having same problems, So i tried a direct connect from modem and it works perfectly. Connected to a router and then it wont work. ISP is comcast  also. Reset both modem and router and still wont connect

Does anyone know if Cox Communications is in the same boat as Comcast/Xfinity? Because I'm still having connection issues and it's been two weeks.

There goes hours of Call Of Duty Double XP down the drain. Your service alert page said it would have an update around 1pm. It's 4pm here in the east coast. Any new updates? Or at least a time frame?
