80151103 sign in error

i don't know if the February update has anything to do with this, but ever since i got confirmation to use xbox live on my university's wifi i can't sign onto my profile at all, both connected or not connected to the internet. When I tried signing on to  my profile it asked me for my windows live ID password, then after I typed in my password it said "can't sign in on this profile right now, try again later. 80151103." So I did try again later, 5 times actually, then i thought that the problem was with my windows live ID password. So i changed my password and typed that in, and it still said the same thing. Does anybody know any way I can fix this?

It would seem your account has been locked as a protection to yourself.

where exactly would i be able to find out that my account has been locked on accounts.live.com? because i looked at my privacy settings and i couldn't find anything about my account being locked.

Hey Johnny, I'm curious--would there be a way for you to try downloading your profile while NOT on the University Connection? I'd be very interested to know if this same issue occurs when your console is hooked up at a friend's house, for instance. Please let us know! :-)

Your privacy settings would be on xbox.com. Please make sure we are going to Http://Accounts.live.com and signing in there.

im having the same problem im pretty sure when we tried downloading the update the update corrupted our accounts. This has happend to several of my friends and they apparently looking into this problem. They took it to the escalation team and they told us it may be up to 18 days.

I'm experiencing a lot of problems with this and nothing helps. I just bought 1 year of xbox live gold membership so this really sucks. Sort this out!

The issues that have blown up on here are more likely from the updates back until the dash update. I had to get a new router and unfortunately prepaid Live cards are non-refundable, go figure lol. Like above, try downloading from another internet connection, maybe a another students router or at a house. If nothing, then try a direct connect to a modem.

M$ dont care everytime i call they act as if this is new .No one post anything to the account when you call .they tell you to do alot of useless things that they know dont work !!!!!!
