8015102F - Cant just leave family because its expired.

Done some research - the 8015102F error is when you don't leave a family pack correctly but before anyone posts the step by step I keep seeing know that I CANT just leave the suggested way because the pack is no longer active. The old 'parent' account no longer has access to the family centre.

Suggestions? Already sent an email ticket to try and get it promoted manually but Christ knows how long it'll take to get a reply.

promote your account or delete profile only and download your account again

make sure you only delete profile only otherwise you will lose your gamesaves

Promoting comes up with the aforementioned error and redownloading my profile has had no effect.

you cannot remove the account via email nor will they do it

you need to call for that if they even do it doubtful

usually the account will remove automatically which is why you are silver

which it looks like it did are you just having issues downloading m rated content demos?

 

btw you need to enter a creditcard to promote an account if you are using outdated creditcard info like your original one that was on file then that won't work

creditcard info must be kept upto date

call support for billing related questions

No, I'm trying to start my own family pack but because my account isn't promoted it isn't allowing me to.

Just tried adding a credit card and no change.
