I keep getting this error code despite all my proofs being fine and verified. I don't understand how just yesterday I can log on with no problem but now all of a sudden all of this proof business is hampering my online experience. Couldn't they have just sent a email to verify. Any suggestions to get past this?

Found answer on the forums, cleared the system cache and re downloaded my profile worked.
