I still am unable to log in due to this error code, i have deleted my profile now cant download it !!!!!!!

Greetings!

Have you cleared your Xbox system cache three times in a row? Here's how:

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
  2. Select Storage or Memory.
  3. Highlight your storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
  4. Select Clear System Cache.

Restart your console and try download your profile.

Post back and let us know how it goes.

Hey, Daisy. I had a similar problem and what taidara suggested might not be specific enough. What I did was to make sure I was signed out, cleared the system cache on my hard drive (3 times, although I'm not sure if that's necessary). I then turned off my console and turned it back on. Instead of trying to sign in, I deliberately pressed 'b' to not sign in, then went directly to the "Download Profile" option from the guide button on the controller.

Basically I'm saying that you don't want the xbox to have the chance to get your profile synchronized to its bad state at any point between clearing the system cache and downloading your profile. Good luck; if this doesn't work give MS support hell.

@upsydaisy72 Let us know if you are still unable to downoad your profile onto your console?

Cleared cache and downloaded profile again from guide button and all is well.. Oh yes have been trying to sort this one for a while but its all good now  Wa Hooooooooo.!!!!!!

Clearing the cashe worked for me, only did it once, didn't need to restart the console =)
