80151011 Resolution

(1) First visit http://account.live.com and see if you are prompted to verify
their email. (normally you will not see this.)
(2) Please click on "edit
security info" and verify that at least two of the 4 pieces of info (alt email,
alt phone, trusted pc, and security question) have been saved. Alt email and Alt
phone will have to be "confirmed" to take effect.
(3) Logo ut at
account.live.com and then click on "can't access your account?" Perform a 
normal password reset .. You should not encounter any issues as we have just
verified that the security proofs are up to date.
(4) Go to the Xbox console
and follow these steps in order.

Delete Profile
1) Tap the middle button on
your controller (Xbox Logo)
(2) Go to the right and
highlight Settings tab
(3) Select System
Settings
(4) Select
Storage
(5) Select
Profiles
(6) Select your
profile
(7) Delete your profile, and
be sure to select "profile only" when you are promted
(8) Back out to the Storage
screen
(9) Highlight your hardrive
and tap the "Y" button
(10) Select Clear System
Cache (Clear it 3 times)
Refreshing System
(1) Tap the middle button on your controller (Xbox Logo)
(2) Go to the right and highlight Settings tab
(3) Select System Settings
(4) Select Storage
(5) Select your hardrive
(6) Select System Items.
(7) Delete Martketplace System Data
(8) Delete Content Cache
(9) Back out to the Storage screen
(10) Highlight your hardrive and tap the "Y" button
(11) Clear System Cache (Clear it 3 times)
Turn off the console immediately and unplug it after finsihing
those steps .. Leave it unplugged for a full two minutes .....After the two
minutes, turn the Xbox on and go to the dashboard without trying to sign into
anything .. Tap the middle button (Xbox Guide button) on the controller and
select "Download Profile." After entering their email and password, the your
profile should download and allow you to sign in.
