80151011 code

I am getting a  80151011 code when trying to download a previously deleted profile onto my console. Any suggestions?

That code could mean the Xbox Live servers in your location aren't working properly. Check the status of the Xbox Live servers on the Xbox website. If they are down wait an hour and then try reconnecting.

If you haven’t already, start by adding and verify security proofs like phone numbers, alternate email addresses, and security questions and answers to your Microsoft account. This information is crucial to ensure that your account is well protected and meets the security standars that Microsoft now provides.

With this information being added and or updated, we can now start focus on the next steps. Before you proceed, make sure your profile is completely remove from the storage device.

Clear Xbox system cache

Make sure to clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in a row.
 

  1. Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.
  2. Select Storage or Memory.
  3. Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller.
  4. Select Clear System Cache.
  5. Important: Clear your Xbox system cache 3 times in row.

Restart your console.

Download Xbox LIVE profile.

  1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
  2. Select Download Profile.
  3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
  4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

Here are the steps that have worked for other people.

-

Delete your profile, clear your cache 3 times, I know it may sound silly but please do it 3 times, and then download your profile.

-

Delete Profile Safely:

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Select All Devices.

Select Gamer Profiles.

Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Select Delete.

Select Delete Profile Only.

Clear System Cache , don't forget to do it 3 times!:

Go to Settings, and then select System.

Select Storage.

Highlight Hard Drive, and press Y

Select Clear Cache, and press Yes.

Download Profile:

Push the middle button on your xbox 360 controller.

Select Download Profile.

Download, move, or delete your Xbox LIVE profile

Après avoir essayé ces deux solutions, aucune d'entre elles ne m'ont étaient utiles et à présent je me retrouve dans l'incapacité à télécharger mon profil Xbox Live, lors de ma tentative de connexion, il m'est indiqué que mon mot de passe est incorrect (alors que je l'ai utilisé pour me connecter au site Xbox.com et vous adresser ce message) j'ai donc essayé par la suite, de le changer.. En vain, je me retrouve donc actuellement avec une console sans profil...

Si quelqu'un a une solution, je suis preneur...

Having tried these two solutions, none of them do not have me were useful and at the moment I find myself in the incapacity to download my profile Live Xbox, during my attempt of connection, it is indicated to me that my password is incorrect (while I used him(it) to connect me to the site Xbox.com and send you this message) I thus tried afterward, to change him(it).. In vain, I thus find myself at present with a console without profile...

If somebody has a solution, I am accepting.. Thank you in advance !

Le code d'erreur obtenu est le même qui ait précisé au début par Master Chef 187, j'ai suivis vos conseils, mais aucun d'entre eux ne m'ont permis de rectifier ce problème, et à présent je me retrouve dans l'incapacité de Télécharger mon profil Xbox Live même après trois tentatives de réinitialisation du mot de passe...
