Ok, so I read the forum below with the same errors and different ending letters. I am in MI and it is 7:30 EST and I am still down and have been all day. I called Xbox support twice today which they try to downplay the issue as being a Comcast error (which it is not) since it is my hardware that is not connecting (Xbox Elite Console). We have another console in the house which is working so I guess this is a waiting game until these people can find a patch for some sort of update they did last night. SMH these companies are incompetent.
