8015000A

I can download other profiles but I receive the above error code when I try to download the profile "Komus". I have tried deleting profiles, clear system cache, restart console to no avail. Thanks for any support you can give.

Spent over an hour on chat to no avail. Eventually after the agent had been away for 5 minutes, they came back to tell me that "This is a known bug with GFWL and they are fixing it." When I asked for a link to track the bug I was given a bogus phone number to call and a link to a random support page. So "bump" I guess.

Sorry to hear you've had a frustrating experience with chat support.

It looks like the number they gave you was for a particular region which may be why it didn't work for you. You can use this list of our International Phone Support Numbers to find the right one for you. That error code is very particular towards account weirdness and not something we can provide support for over the forums so contacting Phone Support for follow up would definitely be the way to go.

Do you mind posting the link that they gave you so that we can double check that?

Solution= settings + storage + remove corrupted files  then download profile... this should fix issues with error code#8015000A
