it says 'some content unavailable at present try again later'

then , 'connect your xbox 360 to the internet to explore games entertainment and more'

 

but when I turn it on, it says signed in to xbox live.

so I'm  connected to the internet, signed in but got no apps...

what is going on? this is the first problem I've had with xbox, apart from purchasing some props for my avatar  the other night that I cant find even tho' my microsoft points have been taken!
