I cant connect to Xbox Live. Keeps asking me to enter my email address and password and when I do I get this error message.

Ps. Its really annoying that all your support pages are gone and now link to Bing searches that are a list of links to the same Bing searches. Seriously. WTF.

I have looked into the issue and came up with this.


Error code and message

Error code 04-800705b4 is preceded by the following message:

Can't play music. Try playing the music in the Xbox dashboard to troubleshoot the problem.

Status Code: 04-800705b4

Problem

If you get this message and error code, your Xbox 360 console can't play the media files that are on the computer where the media is stored.

Note This is the computer that is running Windows Media Center.

Solutions

To resolve this problem, try this solution:

First, make sure that the UPnP Device Host service is running on your computer:

  1. On the computer that is running Windows Media Center, go to the Desktop.

    Note This computer is the computer where the song that you are trying to play is stored.

  2. Right-click Computer, and then click Manage.
  3. Click Services and Applications.
  4. Double-click Services.
  5. In the list of services, right-click UPnP Device Host, and then click Properties.
  6. In the Startup type box, click Automatic, and then click OK.
  7. Restart your computer.

Next, make sure that your Xbox console is set up as an extender in Windows Media Center:

  1. On your console, start Windows Media Center:
  1. Select Apps, and then select My Apps.
  2. Select Windows Media Center.
  • Click Set up a new connection.
  • Click Continue.
  • Note the setup key, and then click Continue.
  • On the computer where the music files are located, start Windows Media Center.
  • Click Tasks, and then click Add Extender.
  • Click Next.
  • Type the setup key from step 4, and then click Next.
  • Click Finish.
  • Try to play the media files in Windows Media Center on your console.
