I've had this issue before in the past! I have had to go through this several times. I tried to log in the other day after my free trial expired and somehow renewed into another free trial... and i couldn't log in, i kept getting 800704DC can't connect to xbox live so i deleted my profile. Now i can't even redownload it! It keeps giving me 800704 DC Sorry, xbox live profiles can't be downloaded right now, try again later. This has been going on for 2 days now.
As i said, i had this problem several times in the past and i'm getting very tired of it. It seems like whenever my gold runs out or a free trial expires it locks my account out of xbox live. I've even had issues where i had to transfer my profile to a flashdrive and back on to fix it. I've tried everything!
I changed my password, i used a flashdrive to try and download the profile on that. I've cleared my cache, i've logged into here to validate no flags were up on my account i mean COME ON! How do you expect to run a business when people constantly lose access to their profiles? I tried to contact support but the page doesn't even load, i mean you guys can't even get your support site to work!
I'm sorry but i am VERY upset with this service and i've been a member for over SIX YEARS. As i stated i've had issues with my profile over and over and over and OVER AGAIN! I want this fixed ASAP and it needs to STAY FIXED. Escalate this issue, do what you have to do, just fix my profile and for gods sake fix this error because it's been an issue since 2011!!!
