800704 DC - Download Gamertag Error

Hello People my Account was banned 2-3 weeks ago.

My Bio had something in it, that Microsoft didnt liked. So i got banned for two weeks. ( yes, two weeks without any warnings...)

So after these two weeks i tried to connect to xbox live but i wasnt able to connect, they told me that i have no connection to xbox live, but on my second gamertag i can play online.

I tried to delete my Gamertag and download it again, but it wont let me download it, they always tell me that i can not connect with xbox live, then the window dissapears.

Now since the new update i can download my Profile but than suddenly a message pops up, it says : " 800704 DC " This Profile cannot sign up at this moment and that i should try it later again. i tried it like 15 Times but it wont work.

i have tried so many things, + the support could not help me and yea i am waiting a few weeks for a answer now. i'm trying everything for a few weeks and its kinda frustrating because even my Gold is finished now! ( If i have to wait more than 4 weeks is xbox giving me a free gold month or something else??)

I hope that anyone can help me..

Hey Hunter! Have you tried to delete and download your profile since the update? Also, you could try a different storage device (USB or HDD) to see if that has any effect. Let me know, thanks!

Wow i really really thank you both for the lightning fast answers, yes i have tried to delete it again Mister Gwyther but that dont help.

I Try to contact the phone support team now and see what they are telling me now about this error message

mh i dont know if someone closed this thread or not, but im not able to write another post..

@miss portia.. i talked to the phone support but they can not help me with my problem. they told me exactly the same thing like two weeks ago..

what does your error code means, and what can i do to connect to xbox live again. its kinda frustrating to wait almost one month

I know this doesn't help you but I'm having the same problem. I deleted my tag after being told it was corrupt, and now I cannot recover it and just receive this same error.

This is an issue that I have had since black friday and no one has legitimately helped me out at all. The most that has happened has been they upgraded my issue to a teir 3 problem or what ever and got an alternative email address so that they could do something to my WLID. They told me that with in the next 72 hours it should be fixed but we'll see about that. The forms I have been venting in is forums.xbox.com/.../145957.aspx

Cool that im not the only one with this problem but people i dont want to make a new gamertag, because i am playing for almost four years with HUNT3ER.. this error is making me so damn mad. No answers or informations till now.

i have the Exactly the same problem and the same code, please get in touch if anyone has a solution.  i all started as soon as I switched auto-renewal of Gold to OFF several months ago
