4th service request and no console! details inside.

I have contacted support at least 5 times. Every single time they have no idea why the service requests are being canceled. Usually they say my case will be escalated and I should receive a return call. This never happens. Other times they create a new service request only to have it canceled several days later. Today with my new service request number 1226966194 they told me someone would give me a call within 3 days. Seriously!

I am sick and tired of this. Why is getting a replacement such a problem. I have never had any issues with past systems or customer support. I now have $1000 in holds on my credit card with no system to show. I haven't received anything other than 2 months free of xbox live.

Any help would be appreciated because this is just plain sad.
