3rd Party Hard Drive

Will you get banned for using a 3rd party hard drive. The price of the HDD for the console is to much when I can get one half the price. I have read the TOU and I don't see how this would cause you to get banned, but I just want to check first.

Since there are no authorized third party hard drives for the Xbox, it does violate the terms which can put you at risk for being banned.

as Smwutches said, there is a risk of getting banned by using a Third-party Device. I'd get an Official Xbox HDD or if you have a USB memory stick lying around, you could format that for use with the xbox, proving it meets the requirements.
