3F4B - 0000 - 0080 - 0300 - 8007 - 0570 Update Issue (HELP)

This pops up every time I try to update.

3F4B - 0000 - 0080 - 0300 - 8007 - 0570

Can't download the update. To test your connection, open System Settings and select Network Settings, Test Xbox LIVE Connection.

And so I do this. I test the connection, and everything is fine until I get to connect to Xbox Live, and then it asks for the update again. It's like one big circle and it's frustrating me to no end. I have a 32GB USB inserted which had my XBOX Live profile on it, but it got deleted somehow and my friend's profile is the only thing on there. I haven't used my XBOX in months due to losing my connection cords. Someone please help.

Greetings PaytonMoss!

Could you provide a bit more information regarding your network set up and your networking devices. Please read: START HERE! And post back in full detail (the bits in bold).

Could you post up your current system software version. Go to Console Settings and select System Info. The version number for your current dashboard is displayed under Current Setting.

If you haven't already, try delete the sytem update installed on your console and reinstall the system update. Remove the USB drive while you try update the system.

Turn off your console. Press and hold the sync button (the small one you use to connect your wireless controllers). While holding press the power button to turn your console on. Continue to hold the sync button until the console is completely booted up.

Go to System Settings and choose storage.

On your controller, press the following button sequence:

    Press the left bumper.
    Press the right bumper.
    Press the X button.
    Press the left bumper.
    Press the right bumper.
    Press the X button.

Post back and let us know how that goes.

Hi!

I am fighting against the same problem (status code 3F4B-0000-0080-0300-8007-0570). I tried to clear the system cache (no success), to copy the update to a USB flash drive (no success), to delete the system update according to a  Taidara's advice (no success). What can I do more? Except using a hammer? (o:
