3F4A 0000 D080 0200 8007 2AF9 Error

I keep getting the error everytime I try to download the new black ops 2 update. I've been trying since yesterday, I though when I wake up the error will be gone, it wasn't.

I can't even get though half of the download without it giving me the error, I've tried everything. Any help?

Hello ZU8, I would suggest clearing your Xbox 360 System Cache if you didn't already and try re-downloading the Update.

Hey zu8,

As my fellow ambassador has suggested clearing your cache would be one of the steps you should take, but your error message indicates that you could possibly have a corrupted profile. Let's fix this issue, okay?

Press X to sign out of your profile.

  1. Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller (large X button in the center of your controller).
  2. Select Download Profile.
  3. Enter the Microsoft account associated with your Xbox LIVE gamertag.
  4. Enter your Microsoft account password.

If this doesn't solve your problem we will work on helping you reformat your hard drive, to see if that gets rid of the corrupted data. Please do come back and let us know how it all works out. Thanks

Hello zu, thanks for the update!  OK, so cache clear and redownload of profile didn't get it behaving.  Can you please try installing the game to your hard drive, or if it's already there, try deleting it and re-installing?
