'Your profile does not have the correct permissions to access Xbox LIVE functionally'

How do I fix this? Trying to play GTA 5 online and it refuses to let me in. Changed all privacy settings to allowed, still not working. I am 25 years old as well, so im not too young for "M" rated content. What gives?

um you do know you need a paid gold subscription to play any 360 games online your currently posting from a silver aka free account in the forum.
