360 Slim wifi acting weird

Router brand & model number: Cisco e3000 (Don't know if i have a router or modem because i have only one i think)
Network Connection Type: Wireless
If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using? WPA2
Things you have tried: Everything from the troubleshooting on 360
Is UPnP Enabled? Unknown
Is NAT Type Open? Yes
Any Error Codes you encounter: Unknown
What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? Cable I think 
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Suddenlink
When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen? No wireless connections found, Cant connect to the network.

The network isnt hidden. I have the same issue with connecting to my wireless extender and router/modem. The issue is I will randomly get disconnected from xbox live and my 360 slim will not be able to find any networks while everything else in my house can connect to both the extender and the router/modem. Several hours later though, I can find wireless connections again and the wireless connection that i was connected too has 4 bars (the extender gets 88% of the signal from the router/modem). I have no clues as to why this is happening. Could someone please give me a solution to this because it is really frustrating when i cant watch netflix or movies or play games online. Also it has been doing this on all my routers/modems that i have ever connected to since i have had the 360S.
