360 S HDD question

I know it's against the ToU to modify an old HDD for a 360 S, but are there any legitimate HDDs that can be used that aren't made by Microsoft that work for 360 S or is it also against the ToU to use a generic HDD? If they are okay to use, does anyone know where I might find one? I figured there are plenty of brands that make controllers, etc., so it might be the same with HDDs.

there are no 'third party' hard drives made for the slim all are either A: real ones or B: knock offs that most likely will not have the partition that allows for old gen xbox game playing ability.  you may not get banned for them but there is always the possibility that MS can make it so it is not usable on the slim like they did with third party memory cards for the older 360.
