360 HDD disappeared?

Recently my 360 requested an update. I agreed to let it update, but a message popped up saying I had no memory to allow the update. When I restarted the console and did NOT agree to receive said update, the xbox seemed to have wiped all of the memory. I tried going to the "Storage" setting but nothing shows - it says I have zero memory, not even the internal drive! I also cannot redownload my profile because it says I don't have the memory capacity to do so. It seems to me that the HDD is corrupted or no longer readable. What do I do?

Pull it out and put it back in, see if that fixes the problem.  If not then unplug everything but the TV and power if it still doesn't work then the hard drive is probably toast and you'll likely need to replace it.

I've tried both of your solutions, but they still did not work :/ the drive is probably done for.

Probably.  You can try calling or chatting with support, but most likely it'll be the same answer.
