30 Zune Music Trial

I got a 30 trial on Zune Music today. I want to cancel it so I don't have to pay. I tried, but it says I have no subscriptions. How do I cancel it?

Hi there Hockey Troll, in order to turn off the auto renewal for your Zune membership, I think you will need to contact Xbox Phone Support or Zune Chat Support. Either of those should be able to make sure you get charged for a renewal. support.xbox.com/.../contact-us

Hello,

You shouldn't have to contact phone support to cancel the Zune Music Pass. Just follow the instructions written on the Zune.net website here.

If your seeing no subscriptions, make sure you are logging in with the right e-mail and password and your seeing your gamertag logged in on the top right, if that doesn't work then try to contact phone support. Though, it's quite weird you wouldn't be seeing any sort of subscriptions on the account.
