Was purchased at Costco today, went to redem and it says code is not vaild. checked and its right, tried over 3 times. Cost me 36 dollars and have some sad children, does the service alert relate to this?
Did you try the card on both the xbox and here at xbox.com?

Yes I have done both and an quite angry as that is 40 dollars. What is the next course of action I can take?
Well, did you get an error code? If not you should either call support or see if you can return the card to the store.
