272,000 gamerscore disappeared

Just got an achievement in Minecraft Dungeons ten minutes ago. My gamerscore on the XBox is missing around 272,000. I should be at about 350,000 gamerscore, but only 78,280 is showing.

What the heck is going on?

Edit:

I just checked my profile and other than 19 achievements I just got on a game I just started played on the Xbox One, all my Xbox One gamerscore is missing. Only Xbox 360 gamerscore is showing, along with the new game I just started.

Hello there,

Don't worry, this is a common issue that has been happening for a year or two. I know it's scary at first, but I promise you it will eventually return. Sometimes it can be a couple of hours and other times it can be up to a week. I had lost around 40,000 last year and it came back within 24 hours.

Just be patient and everything will return back to normal.

I wanted to revisit this for anyone who is searching this problem of missing gamerscore. Tonight, the Xbox servers finally figured things out and all of my gamerscore is showing correctly. It took exactly seven days for this issue to resolve itself.

If this happens to you, it will work its way to where it should be. It is kind of scary though!
