2 weeks communication ban.

I have not been on xbox for awhile and when i come back, i come back to 3 messages from Xbox. 1 saying im banned from speaking for 3 days, then another for 1 week, then another for 2 weeks. I have done nothing wrong and i believe these were false claims. I literally just purchased and added 3 months of live before finding out about this. The man i talked to recently said i could have it lifted seeing i have a clean account or something. The message said "Your communication privileges have been suspended for 2 weeks. For info about appropriate behavior online, see the LIVE Code of Conduct and Terms of Use. To view this info, in your gamer profile, select Account management, Policy Information." Please help.

This could also be a issue with people filing false complaints about you. If you do not have any activity up until when you renewed your account I'm sure they can help you resolve it. Unless you said or did something on bad taste before your membership expired prior to your renewal. Hope everything gets cleared up have a nice day.

you cannot get banned for false complaints, if you did anything against the rules you get the suspension will happen.

I had a problem just like this. For some reason I had a 2 week suspension. I did use some inappropriate language against a player that was telling me to kill myself and threatening me. I reported him, but instead of him being banned I got 2 communication bans, each was a 1 week communication ban and they were one after another. All I said was "Go $^%& yourself!" This was only my first offense too.
