2 seperate accounts

I have been paying on 2 xbox live accounts. I cancelled one out but even though they are charging my bank it only shows one account on the xbox live billing info.

Why can't we talk to someone to resolve this issue?

For help with this issue the best people to contact is Xbox Support at 1-800-469-9269 (US number). They deal with all billing issues!
