2 nd xBox connection

xBox live asks for a different email acct to setup. bought this so the kids can play with full screen instead of split. xBox live will not allow them to play under there user name on the new unit? did I nice something in the setup process?

Hi Mauiczar,

Can you please explain in a little more detail what's stopping this process from happening? Which point in account setup are you prompted to enter a different email? What error messages come up when trying to play on Xbox Live?

Thanks for the reply.  Talked to Customer Support and worked it out.  Needed to transfer the kids profile via Social menu, click on Sign in/out and the download profile icon is the last option to the right.  Then once it's downloaded there are several emails conformations from the kids acct and your to complete verification.
