2 Months Offer Renewal

Hello. My membership just ended today so I saw an offer with 2 pounds for 2 months. When I confirm the payment, I get this message: "Sorry there's an issue with your account. To fix this problem visit account.live.com or choose a different payment option." I have enough money on the credit card, I also visited the link, where is only about my personal informations. Please help ! Thanks.

Does the billing address match the billing address for your credit/bank card?

Hey there Klaus! Have you tried removing and adding your payment method again, or tried using a different payment option? Please make sure to try that and the other steps listed in our Payment Method Guide (forums.xbox.com/.../153161.aspx) and if you are still having problems, post back with the requested information in that guide. This error has been popping up alot with people who need to verify the  registered email or make sure there's good reset information.

What do you mean by good reset information ? My E-Mail is verified. I have been using this credit card for 2 years.

BUMP ! I tried everything and still getting that error. I have paid for a lot of MP before ( like 3 weeks ago) and didn't get any error.

Since it's a billing issue you may want to call support and talk to billing. They should be able to help you sort it out quicker than on the forums.

Like it suggests, account.live.com and check to see if it says the email needs to be verified. Windows Live has been cracking down recently on that and making sure you have reset emails and security questions.

If that all looks good, definitely call support.

I had like 4 pounds on the credit card, and it didn't work. I have put a lot more today and it worked the offer with 2 pounds. Weird. Thx guys for the help !
