12+1 Month Xbox Live Membership not counted towards my Rewards Credits!

Hello!

I upgraded to gold a while ago (about 2-3 weeks I think) and I thought that a 12+1 months Xbox Live Gold would count as an upgrade in the

rewards program. I posted a question about a week ago and there I found out that the 12+1 months was qualified for the Rewards Program.

Then I got an answer from XBLRexards5 who said that I wasn't in the Xbox Live subscription program/list. Then he/she said that I had to

cancel my current subscription and then reactivate it.

So my question is how I cancel my current subscription and how I reactivate it? And do I have to pay for a new
subscription or does my current Xbox Live membership reactivate for free?

You would have to contact support and speak to billing about this to see if they can do it. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or support.xbox.com/contact-us
