I upgraded to gold a while ago (about 2-3 weeks I think) and I thought that a 12+1 months Xbox Live Gold would count as an upgrade in the
rewards program. I posted a question about a week ago and there I found out that the 12+1 months was qualified for the Rewards Program.
Then I got an answer from XBLRexards5 who said that I wasn't in the Xbox Live subscription program/list. Then he/she said that I had to
cancel my current subscription and then reactivate it.
So my question is how I cancel my current subscription and how I reactivate it? And do I have to pay for a new
subscription or does my current Xbox Live membership reactivate for free?
