12 Months membership. & Cloud storage

Recently I purchased 12 months of Xbox Live membership, and within the next  3-4 weeks it disappeared.

( After 3 weeks of having gold membership I cancelled my paypal as there was people taking money out )

Also, all my save games have disappeared off cloud? everyone was also saying you were giving away 1 month trials

to people who have had an error.

For the passed 24 hours I have been using a 48 hour trial.

I really hope we can resolve this problem as I have been a happy customer since 2008/9.

Hey, can I ask whether the paypal account was listed as your payment method? When you have an xbox live gold membership its need either a credit/debit card or a paypal account even if you're not going to use it to buy items off the marketplace or pay for your gold memebership.

If you don't have another payment method on there I'd suggest putting one on and seeing if your gold comes back. Hope this helps and post back with the outcome or if it doesn't resolve it.

First,how can people take money out of your paypal? you are the only one who is supposed to know the info,you should change the password

Second , You will need to contact the Xbox Live Support team and tell them exactly what happened , and they will help you.

Third - The Save game deletion means your Xbox 360 has a problem in it's saving area,you will need to take it to a professional and tell him the problem and he will fix it.

Actually I believe if you don't have a gold membership you can't save games to the could and you won't see the saves in game, but you can still access it and move your saves to a portable storage device.

So if you are only looking in-game for your saves that's probably why they are gone because you have lost access to your gold membership.
