I HAD TURNED AUTO-RENEWAL OFF AND THEY STILL TOOK A PAYMENT OF £40. WHAT THE ***. I DIDNT WANT TO RENEW IT I HAD TURNED AUTO RENEWAL OFF AND IT DIDNT EVEN HAVE MY UPDATED CARD DETAILS HOW DID IT STILL TAKE A PAYMENT?
