0x876c0001 Can't access any marketplace or store items

this started about 8 days ago, game/apps don't sync, no content showing up at all. I tested the network and it says it's all good. Tried changing language/location like I saw in another post from 2014 but it didn't help. I don't want to factory reset and lose everything
