If your have done the BIG power cycle , and unplugged it for a while and it's still acting up , a factory reset is about all you can try...

To factory reset it, if you cannot get to settings, use the offline system update diagnostic tool.

Hi Geth7709,

Sorry you're having issues with your console. If your console is connected to the internet your saves should be saved in the cloud. If you're having the same issues as above, please try the solutions listed. If it does a not work please create a new thread as this thread is a bit old, the OP likely has their answer, and so the community can assist with your exact issue.
