0 Time Remaining Glitch

I need some help here. I've been trying to play my games and such for the past day now and every time I play a game it comes up with:

"To keep playing, sign into Xbox Live within the time remaining"

"Remaining Time: 

0 minutes"

Then my serial number.

"Your console needs to connect to xbox live occasionally"

I've had this in the past, but they said it was a glitch and microsoft would patch it soon. The problem is when I hit the sign in button, there's only my account and it's greyed out and I can't do anything. I've heard that it is a billing problem, but I looked and everything seems alright. (My xbox live is due next year). I don't know what else to do exactly.

I'm really sorry to hear people were having issue with that error.

The "0 time remaining" error should be resolved now. If you are still seeing that please try signing out, restarting your console, then signing back in.


If that issue persists, please let us know in your own thread so that we can track and provide further support for individual cases.

This has happened to me too! After digging I found out my payment last month didn't go through so I resubmitted it and everything cleared. I talked to support through chat and on the phone and no one had an answer. This is really frustrating and no one seems to know how to help so they just ignore it. MICROSOFT WE NEED ANSWERS!!!!

@RedSlipperWoman - Do you have one of the $100 xbox w/ 2 year gold memberships? If so, how did you go about resubmitting it? After speaking to SEVEN customer service reps, I was told this would take up to 13 days to resolve.

Same here, Can't even play a demo game. Xbox Live Gold account till 2015 and last paid successfully about 20 days ago. Not due for another week.
