Good Gaming Chair for Christmas

I am thinking about buying the hubs a new gaming chair for Christmas. He has some back pain issues, so I know I'm gonna be spending $$$ for a good chair. He primarily games on PC (sits straight up) and a little on Xbox (more of a lean forward). Does anyone have any recommendations for a good chair with good support?

Hi BubblegumNBeer,

Have a look at the Noble Chairs Hero Series. It has had rave reviews and also has built in adjustable lumbar support like you would find on a car seat. Deffo worth the money and I believe its their flagship chair.

I mulled over a chair for ages and settled for this one as I didn’t want to mess about with lumbar pillows as found on other chairs, plus it looks pretty classy too in black with red stitching :-)

If there are serious back issues, maybe it may be worth looking at more specialist chairs not aimed at gamers. Something like an office chair with appropriate back support.

I saw a bunch of deals on cheap one but they are not comfortable at all, try looking for Secret Lab thst brand is awesome...

You don't necessarily have to get one specifically marketed as a 'gaming chair.' In my experience chairs specifically marketed as such tend to be more expensive and of the same quality for a plain old office chair you could get at any run of the mill office supply store like Office Depot. Any good ergonomic chair shouldn't cost a lot of money. Mesh ones with semi-straight/semi-curved backs tend to be a good go-to. I'll leave a link to an example, that happens to be from Walmart.
