I had problems logging onto Minecraft this morning and a sign into Microsoft account box popped up so I logged in but it seems to have created a new account and I can’t connect to my normal gamertag and see my normal skins/worlds etc. How do I reconnect to my normal gamertag/account? Playing on a Nintendo Switch and not very good with techy things. Thank you

I gave the same problem. My gamertag has changed on my xbox app to donethjng completly different.
but still same on my xbox. Cant link them to make videos now

Im having the exact issue. I play minecraft on my iphone. It told me to update this morning. When i did, i tried logging into my account, and i was forced to change my password that i have had for ages. When i changed the password, it created a new gamertag
and avatar. Now, ive had to be reinvited to a realm that ive been playing on for days. All of my items and my whole profile is different. Im very upset, becasue i have worked my butt off for nothing!! HELP! I want my old gamertag and stuff back!
