YouTube freezing

I'm having the same problem as alot of other people playing YouTube on the xbox one X. It will freeze for a few seconds with eather a green screen or a grey screen but the sound keeps on playing. Iv seen other posts about this but no fix to it. BEFORE YOU SAY my Internet is fast enough and it only happens on my xbox one X iv tryed all the other things people have suggested and it seems some of the posts about this issue are being deleted for some reason.

Do you try to desinstall YouTube and reinstall ? If that don't work you can check de Troubleshooting optionhere.

Try clearing the cache and then reinstall the app bro. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out. Then wait another 30 and turn it on again. After trying this, reinstall the app. It may work for you :D.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused but rest assured we are here to help, first things first we suggest clearing out the consoles caches since when they get full might cause this type of errors.  

How to clear Game Cache on the Xbox One: 

Settings 

System 

Storage 

Clear Local Saved Games  

Yes and Restart  
 

To clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address)  

Settings 

Network 

Network Settings 

Advanced settings 

Alternate MAC Address 

Clear and restart  

IF THE CONSOLE IS CONNECTED TO THE INTERNETno progress or purchase data will be lost, what we accomplish by doing these steps would be to resync the profile to the cloud getting rid of any corruption as a byproduct.
