I am playing Minecraft on Xbox and when I try to play on realms, I keep getting the message "You cannot play on Realms because of how your Microsoft Account is set up." I have tried restarting the Xbox I have verified my xbox.com privacy settings and have even tried changing them to block then back to allow and restarted the Xbox several times. Realms works fine from Minecraft from Windows 11 PC, other online games on the xbox are working fine

When you say restarting your console, do you mean power cycling it? Or pressing the "restart" button?
If it's the last, try instead power cycling it:
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.
Aftert that, try to remove and re-add your profile on the console.
In case you need it, here's how to remove and re-add:

Also, disconnect your router from power for about 3 minutes and try again once everything is up and running
By the way, in case you have a different Microsoft account signed on the console. If you try with another account, the issue persists?
This helps us to isolate the issue
I'll be waiting for your answers, greetings from another Microsoft user
