Xbox Webcam Not Working On Mixer

It says I need to request permission to use my webcam, previously had no trouble with it up until now...

Whenever I go on 'broadcast and capture' on xbox it won't let me switch my webcam on, permission needed...

What is the exact error message you receive?
Have you submitted a ticket with Mixer Support for more streaming support?
Have you looked at the following article: Broadcast with a webcam on Mixer?
