Xbox Series X turns itself off

Hi,

My Xbox Series X keeps shutting down 5-10 seconds into a game loading up. I’ve tried reinstalling the games and a full reset of the console but nothing’s working.

Can anybody help?

I understand for some people this may be a software issue. Like having the wrong COD or tv settings.  But for most of us here with the auto reboot issue.  How can it be software when lots of people are enjoying the new system without any issues.  For me it restarted on every game and in all the settings.  If its software dont we all have the same software?    Also when i hear some people had theirs working now its not tells me something failed over time

mine is back w MS but i did not have advanced replacement.  Hopefully they dont take a long time to process the return.  I would like my replacement before the holiday

That's my point surely everyone must be on the same software

there are two versions of the game, if you first bought it on xbox one, downloading the bigger gigs version fixes everything

hello the version and the exact one. l xbox also bloxxa from the princiaple menu with other games

Same here! Mostly happening with Valhalla and Cold War, but last night its started happening with any game I played. Tried resetting console to factory default and reinstalled games, but still no luck.

I am having same issue on xbox one x and i dint even own cold war  my  console wont download any games  just keeps stopping download and  tryed factroy reset and still nothing  help
