Xbox Series X - Blinking Light on Console

My new Series X will play but the console keeps freezing while I am playing. When it freezes the console light keeps blinking and becomes unresponsive. I cannot even reboot the console and the only option is to unplug the console which makes me extremely nervous. Has any experienced this and have a fix?

These are the issues I am having. Make sure your sound is up. I ended up creating a claim with Microsoft and sending it in for repair tomorrow.

I sent mine in. Took 2 days and they received it yesterday. They have a claim status page that lets you check the status of the repair and how it is going. I just hope it doesn't take months before it comes back.

I haven’t heard of it taking months, but maybe a couple weeks at max. I just hope that if the console doesn’t show the issue when Microsoft gets it, they can at least see the video I included.

So a little update. Took 2 days to ship my device. Today they sent me an email saying they received my device. Later that day another saying they shipped it back to me without any notes. I have no idea if they fixed it or not. I am assuming they are sending me a new one? I guess I will update you in a few days when it comes back. But same day turnaround is incredible, assuming it is fixed LOL.
