You can select a custom Gamerpic from an Xbox console or the Xbox mobile app.
It's important to mention that Custom Gamerpics are only available to Adult Microsoft accounts, and there is no way to bypass this restriction.
• To select a custom Gamerpic on your Xbox console:
- Connect a USB device with the JPG or PNG image you want to use.
- Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
- Go to the "Profile & system" tab, select your profile, then select My profile.
- Select Customize profile > Change gamerpic.
- Select "Upload a customized image" and choose one to use from your connected device.
* Your image must be at least 1080 x 1080 pixels.
- Select Upload.
* Please note it may take a little while for your gamerpic to update, as it needs to be reviewed by Xbox.

• To select a custom Gamerpic on the Xbox mobile app:
- Select your gamerpic icon in the bottom menu on the Xbox app to get to the Profile tab.
- Select the edit icon next to your gamerpic at the top of the screen.
- To upload a custom gamerpic, select the photo library icon, and then select a photo from your mobile device. Pinch and drag the circle to crop the photo into the image you want as your gamerpic, and then select Upload.
* Please note it may take a little while for your gamerpic to update, as it needs to be reviewed by Xbox.
