so basically bought FF13 and FF13-2 way back when i first got this pc never played them but now that i have some time i decide to boot up the game but i kept getting this error code of Error code: (0xc0000005) I have literally been trying everything for hours and nothing is working. I don't know who started up this pc master race nonsense when I cant even boot up a game from the 360 generation I haven't even touched once. For some reason FF13-2 is working just fine no problems no error codes or anything. So its really annoying when FF13 is not working when i have been playing games on gamepass like crazy and never ran into this error.
I have tried everything in this youtube link below and still getting this stupid error code. If possible a refund would be great but it has been months since i purchased this game and highly doubt ill get any of my money back. So as you can see my situation its pretty aggravating to spend money on a game that i havent even spent 30 seconds of play time. I have literally tried every trouble shooting step possible, and honestly I think the Xbox pc app is even worse now because I'm not able to launch games through the app. Its only allowing me to launch games if i create a shortcut for said game. I've seen so many forums and reddit posts of this happening to other people this is the last time i purchase anything through the Xbox pc app because this is ridiculous.
