Hey Saraiva
Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums.
This is something that is currently being investigated by our engineers, and we ask for patience to allow them to find a favorable resolution to this matter.
At the moment we recommend performing as
power cycle on the console, and if that does not help resolve this, then using a full
factory reset seems to provide much more favorable results.
If you are unable to access the settings menu then you would have to follow these steps to reach the troubleshoot menu to reset your console:
- Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
- Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
- Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
- Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.
Note The Xbox One S All-Digital Edition does not have an
EJECT button. On this console you only need to hold the BIND button and then press the
Xbox button
- Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
- Listen for two "power-up" tones a couple of seconds apart.
Note If you don't hear two power-up tones after 15 seconds, it means this failed. Likewise, if you hear any "power-down" chirps, that also means this failed.
- You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.
Im sorry about any sort of confusion or turmoil this might have caused.
