Xbox One X, can’t add account or sign-in

Was attempting to sign into Xbox Live on my One X and received error 0x8019005.  Tried restarting console and also restarted router.  Restarted console via 10 second front power button press.  No luck.  Confirmed that Wifi is working via my phone and Xbox connects to network, says all services are working, all network tests run successfully.  Tried removing Xbox gamertag profile and re-adding.  Now not even receiving an error message.  When I try to “Add New” for my profile, get a green circle, then just takes me back to the “Add New” prompt.

There is no error code to reference and can’t sign-in to my profile because when I go to “Add new” it doesn’t even prompt me for a username.

Thank you for reaching out. I see you've been having a hard time adding your account back into your console even after quite a bit of troubleshooting. If you haven't already, I want you to try performing a factory reset on your console while keeping your games and apps by doing the following:

  1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select All Settings.
  4. Select System.
  5. Select Console info & updates.
  6. Select Reset console.
