XBox One S factory reset with USB

My XBox have tilted. It gets stucked to "preparing console" about 50% every time. Now I think that I have to do factory reset with USB cause I dont know any other solution to this problem...Which USB hole i need to use? There is one in front and two in back.

Hello Ihismi,

I believe you are referring to doing an Offline System Update, aka OSU. I know first-hand that the USB port on the front (or side) of the Xbox will work for the OSU1. If you haven't already done so, may I suggest going over to the webpage “I need help with system updates on my Xbox One” and click on "I NEED TO UPDATE MY CONSOLE OFFLINE". There you will find a step-by-step guide on how to do the system update. Also, Xbox Ambassador Scrtch has a very good YouTube video about doing an OSU1 at Scratch Plays. Just search for "Fix Xbox Stuck on Green Loading Screen". Remember that the USB flash drive need to be at least 4GB and formatted in NTFS.
