Xbox one keeps Freezing and crashing games!

Okay so since yesterday my console has been freezing and crashing games. I have tried hard resetting it for about 5 times now and also opened my Xbox cleaned the internals and the fan this helped a little but the problem still persists. I have tried every thing from offline updating to power cycle and nothing has seem to work. When this problem first stared my Xbox used to freeze 15 min after the start every time! But after opening it and cleaning it, the Xbox worked flawlessly for about 6 hours and then froze again! I plugged the Xbox off the wall for like 30 min and plugged it back again and it started working just fine! But I am sure it’s gonna happen again. Can some please help with this issue it’s really annoying. Could it be the HDD that’s doing this for some reason because that the only thing I can think of. Thank you!

If you cleaned the console and also eliminated dust from the fans, it could be a malfunction of the HDD, but before pointing out this problem, we need to understand a few things. Does the console freeze or shut down? Do you use a WiFi or ethernet connection? Have you already reset the console to factory settings?

Yea i have reset the console multiple times factory reset including clear all data! And the consoles freezes and does not restart on it’s own. Also i use a ethernet connection, FYI the console also does not turn off after it freezes i have to hold the power button and forces shut it down!

Yeah I'm having a similar problem a couple days ago me and my brother were playing mkx and all of a sudden the game just froze and my Xbox shut down i restarted my system and the problem seemed to have stopped until recently i was playing the evil within 2 and my game crashed again same way too  what is wrong with my Xbox it's only 6 monhs old
