Xbox One controller vibration problems

I am on my 5th controller. Every single one of them within the first 2-3 weeks of using it I start hearing the vibrate. Then I REALLY start to hear it. 4 of the 5 the bumpers and triggers had something inside of them rattling. My 3rd one had something behind the battery pack and it was so forceful I could even feel something specific inside of there rattling around like crazy. I am back to using this one because it's the only surviving controller all of the rest have crapped out either from my play and charge plug in somehow not working after awhile and the vibrate knocks something loose and a bumper/trigger stops working.

So my first question. How can I turn off the vibrate in the bumpers and triggers? It obviously degrades within months so I don't want to bother with them.

My second. Where is the option to turn off the vibrate? The console has been out for awhile now and it's kind of an important feature.

My third. When will a different company start coming out with reliable controllers that will last at least 6 months or so?

I'd love to answer your questions but both of my Day 23 controllers seem to still be working even though they're almost 2 years old. I'll just make my own question.

How come I never get any controllers that break?
