Xbox One Controller FREEZING in Windows 10

Sorry if i posting in wrong place, and sorry for my bad english.

I'm using the Xbox One Controller to play in Xbox One console, and in PC.
When i play on console, everything works fine!
But, when i play on PC, some games ( Battlefield 1, Outlast 2, Max Payne 3, and others ), the controller just stop.

For Example:
If the controller freezes when i'm running with character, the controller keeps vibrating, and character keeps running in the same direction.

I just remove USB cable, put again, and it back to work.
A little time after, the 'freeze' happens again.

I tried to:
- Change the USB port.
- Change the USB Cable.
- Change the Joystick.
- Format / Reinstall my Windows/Drivers.
- Reinstall the Game(s).
- Update Joystick firmware by Console and Xbox App on PC.

Nothing works.
I need help, please! :)

Hello!

When this happens do any other USB devices have issues, such as mouse, keyboard, etc., or just the controller?

Hey Tormaz!
No! When this happens, keyboard and mouse, both USB, still working.

Sometimes this happens with 1 or 2 minutes of gameplay. Sometimes works for hours, and then, stop.

Good day

Your english is really good.

As for the issue you are having. Have you tried doing a clean boot on your PC?

  1. Open the Start menu by clicking the Windows icon in the bottom left of your screen.
  2. Type msconfig in the search box and press Enter. This will bring up the System Configuration window.
  3. Click on the Services tab.
  4. Check the box to Hide all Microsoft Services, then click the Disable all button to the right.

  5. Click on the Startup tab, then Open Task Manager.
  6. Once the list fully loads, right-click and choose Disable on each of the programs listed.
  7. Close the Task Manager window to go back to the System Configurationwindow.
  8. Click OK to save your changes, then restart your computer.

Same issue.   I only play Minecraft but sometimes it'll go for days with no trouble other times it won't last 2 minutes.   I've tried everything i can think of.   I'm using a PowerA wired remote.    Any help would be appreciated.
